Hi, my name is Narinder Gill and I am one of the founders of Just Kid Inn. For 10 years I have worked in educational safeguarding. I have gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge in safeguarding children.

My passion has always been to work with young people and the early years, ensuring their wellbeing and positive development. Just Kid Inn is a new challenge for me and I will take every step I need to, firstly to ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child that attends and secondly it is the best day care in Newham.

Shannon Bhachu

Hi, my name is Shannon Bhachu and I am one of the directors of Just Kid Inn. I have worked in several day care nurseries and gained a wealth of knowledge and experience throughout. I am qualified in level2 and level 3 in childcare and completed numerous amounts of training.

My dream has always been to establish my own nursery with a vision to have a team to deliver the best outcomes for every child and their families though learning and play. I want Just Kid Inn to be the day care nursery that every child and their families want to attend.

Jaspal Kaur

Hi, my name is Jaspal Kaur and I have been a foster carer for 12 years and during this time I have to achieve the best outcomes for young people and their families. I have worked in Partnership with several agencies to provide the best care.

I have also gained experience and knowledge from working in numerous day care settings and gained my level 3 qualification in childcare. My passion is to care for the early years to nurture, develop and educate the children to the best of their ability and help them to thrive.
